Smallest post office in U.S. The nation's smallest post office operates out of a former 8 by 7 foot tool shed on the edge of the Everglades National Park in Ochopee, Floirda. It is so tiny that no more than four people can squeeze instide at the same time! At 62 square feet, it has been housed in a former tool and fertilizer shed since 1953.
