Description

Atlanta New Post Office. In 1930 most post office functions moved. The post master renamed until 1975, the year the Russell Federal Building began After the number of district court judges increased and took the Russell Building available space, the Court of Appeals decided to remain in the older building. It was renovated from 1985 to 1987 rededicated Oct. 19, 1987 as the United States court of Appeals Building. Mrs. L R. Howell, Dear Mother, Arrived from tip, Just tired and ready to get off train.
