United States Court House and Federal Office Building Nashville, Tennessee - 7, No. 12289. Located at 801 Broadway, the building was erected in 1951 at a cost of $5,0000,000, designed by architect David Allan Thorn. There are 310,000 square feet of floor space, approximately three city blocks in this eight story structure. The Estes Kefauver federal Building and Courthouse Annex is a Federal office building and courthouse of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Named after U. S. Senator Estes Kefauver and added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places October 24, 2016.
