364, Nightitme scene showing Grove's Arcade Building and Battery Park Hotel, Asheville, N.C. The hotel was erected in 1887 by Edwin W. Grove. The hotel continued in operation untiil 1972. The Arcade Building was completed in 1929. In 1942, the Federal Government took over the building to relcoate offices displaced in Washington D.C. by department screated to win World War II. Mrs. D.
